Tackeling the actual problem, not just delivering another resource
I am currently working on the Tim Slade e-learning challenge. Click the video to see my progress so far.It is one thing to create an e-learning program based on the simple assumption that you want managers to know how to use GROW. To solve that, you could pluck any e-learning from the internet and roll it out.My approach is problem-solving, not just delivering. In this case, it looks like we need to focus on attitude and mindset change rather than just sharing knowledge.Click the picture on the right to read more
Reduce time spent and increase engagement
Long e-learnings lead to information overload. We rework the content to create engaging, practical e-learning instead. In this project we took one 30 minute e-learning, and turned it into a compact micro learning with custom visuals, engaging scenarios and a visually exciting new look and feel.
Measurable results without impacting productivity
With microlearnings you share and practice core concepts within minutes. Articulate Rise makes e-learnings scroll through like social media! These concise and engaging modules are each under 10 minutes long, with most lasting around 5 minutes. They focus on a single core concept, providing both explanation and practice. By the end of the e-learning course, employees will understand what they need to do, how to do it, and why it is important. In this example, find a short microlearning with a Storyline scenario built in to practice newly learned concepts.
Elevate learning through real practice, leading to more lasting results
Ready to take a step outside of your comfortzone?I enjoy finding unique solutions to knowledge gaps. Honestly, I am the first to share that e-learning is not the only road to success, and sometimes not the fastest. Caring about both efficiency and enjoyment in learning, I seek out diverse opportunities to design learning experiences. In this example, you will find an AI agent, built to challenge you to ask the right questions, in order to start with designing a learning intervention.

I am participating in Tim Slade's e-learning challenge this March. In this challenge, we're asked to create an e-learning for a pharmacy company. They're looking to train their managers on the GROW Coaching Model. To participate, I use the authoringtool Mindsmith, as suggested.
This page shows my process and thoughts throughout the challenge.
Analysis
We got some information and files, such as their values and some context around their work and problems they face.Normally, this phase would be supported by a call in which I ask a list of questions to understand our baseline. As this is not possible in an e-learning challenge, I have made some assumptions. For the purpose of my website, I have turned the analysis into slides. The original format is a text document.

Hi Runa,Thank you for your time to visit this page. I aim to collect some of my pieces I have worked on after our calls, as well as outstanding topics to work on or discuss. Agenda next call 23 April
- How are you?
- Discuss portfolio
- L&D as an investment, rather than a cost center.
Case Study 1: Developing trainers
Following a corporate merger, a new training program was developed to develop on-the-job trainers across the company's diverse operational cultures. The process included a skills analysis, the development of modular training modules for the new trainers, and the creation of three trainer levels.Recommendations focus on agile solutions, an improved analysis phase, and ongoing trainer development to ensure long-term effectiveness.Add before and after L&D Maturity model Analysis
Knowledge gap: Adopting a data-driven approach
Work in process: How do I showcase and grow this further?I've started to change my vocabulary around this, believing that change is supported by changing language and shifting the narrative.I I would love to hear more about your experiences with how you worked on L&D being an investment, rather than a cost center, in practice, not theory.

Guiding Clients: Is this an e-learning?
Work in progress: Create a simple tool or visual guide to determine when to create e-learning versus use alternative learning materials.I also want to connect this to the question: Is it purpose or desire?

Deepdive into the why: Highlighting why I have made design choices with the human in mind.
Work in Progress: I want to revisit a project I worked on and a design I created, clearly identify the reasons behind my design choices, and convert this analysis into a visual suitable for external review.
