This week, I took on the Articulate Challenge #519. The goal was to test out some of the new custom blocks while creating a quick little customer service e-learning. It turned into so much more.

Custom Blocks? More like Canva Light!

I'm already an avid Canva user. I would say I use it for almost every e-learning I create, whether it's for transitions or for custom graphics. I am still a big fan, and won't move away completely, but both of these are somewhat solved with the new blocks!

In the e-learning I created, you can see I started off with the ready-made items, but ended up exploring what else you can do with it. I'm looking forward to seeing some base-level interactivity being added, as something like a custom graphic with a hotspot activity is not possible just yet.

Storyline Improvement Week 3

I initially started doing these challenges as a way to improve my Storyline skills, which were still relatively weak. This week, Storyline was not the focus, but I did want to try to further improve my skills. I ended up doing a Customer Interaction Scenario activity, which even included a little branching.

I enjoyed this week's challenge! Thanks for reading, and until next week!
