Welcome to LEF Digital Solutions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by LEF Digital Solutions. By working with us or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide custom e-learning solutions, digital learning design, and interim L&D support. All services are tailored to the agreement made with each client.

3. Proposals & Agreements

All proposals and offers are valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
An agreement is established once both parties confirm in writing (by email or signed contract).

4. Fees & Payment

Services are billed according to the agreed hourly rate or project fee.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may result in suspension of work until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, designs, and concepts created by LEF Digital Solutions remain our intellectual property, unless transferred in writing.
Clients receive the right to use delivered materials for their own internal business purposes.
Sharing, reselling, or publishing materials outside your organization requires prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business and personal information shared during the collaboration confidential.

7. Liability

We provide our services with care and professionalism.
LEF Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of profit, missed opportunities).
Our liability is always limited to the amount invoiced for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with a 30-day notice period, unless agreed otherwise.
Costs for completed work up to the termination date will be invoiced.

9. Force Majeure

If unforeseen events (e.g., illness, technical issues, natural disasters) prevent us from delivering services, we will notify you as soon as possible. Obligations may be suspended or rescheduled.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
